Results: Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your program) your trainer will provide a comprehensive progress report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals.

Accountability: Most importantly, your trainer will demand accountability. To get the desired results, you need a fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success. Your trainer demands accountability and will work hard with you to get those desired results.
